Situation

The Department of Housing NT is responsible for providing many communities with subsidised housing. They cover a large geographic area and require contractors nearby to fix electrical, plumbing and air conditioner faults.

Why PPNT

Power Projects have physically embedded ourselves in many of the communities our customers operate in. We have committed significant resources in cross training staff to allow for multiple contract management in the remote community context. This provides our customers with excellent value for money solutions and superior response times in these remote communities particular to health safety and security requirements.

Why PPNT

Power Projects provides a ‘one stop shop’ covering a broad range of requirements across all construction and building trades. “We preferred a supplier that was local to support us with maintenance services for RAAF Base Tindal. Most other companies have their tradespeople travelling from other regions in Australia so we value the capacity of Power Projects as a local Katherine company. Defence operations are fluid so having a company with significant resources allows for a timely response to keep significant Defence infrastructure operational”. Glen Byron, Broad Spectrum
